Bibiana joined Glisco Partners as an Analyst in September 2026. Prior to joining, Bibiana was an Analyst at Invenio Capital Partners, a search fund, where she worked on evaluating and executing acquisitions. Before that, she was an Analyst at DILA Capital, a leading venture capital fund in Mexico and Latin America.

Bibiana holds a B.A. in Economics with a Minor in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Anáhuac México Norte, and completed programs at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Boston University, University College London and WU Vienna.
